Wagram Fund Services (WFS) works with investment professionals, both independent and institutional, seeking to structure, manage and administer Private Equity or private debt funds in France, while delegating the regulatory and operational requirements associated with fund management to a trusted partner.
WFS is a management company that was approved under licence GP-20260017 by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. Its core activity is the hosting of alternative investment funds (AIFs).
By combining recognised expertise with a fully integrated digital platform, WFS provides a secure framework and enables the regulatory, administrative and operational delegation of fund management tasks, as well as access to and storage of fund data.

Arnaud Pourchet
Arnaud brings extensive experience in private equity and real estate funds.
He served as a member of IQ-EQ's investment committee, where he was responsible for real estate funds, and as Fund Director for Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity's Hospitality funds in Luxembourg between 2017 and 2023. During this period, he was involved in several acquisitions and disposals of hotel assets across Europe, and served as Chief Financial Officer during the creation of the Luxembourg private equity vehicle Boscalt Hospitality Fund.
Previously, Arnaud was Director and Financial Manager at CBRE Global Investors France from 2007 to 2017, where he oversaw two pan-European logistics funds.
Sébastien Péru
Sébastien is President of Wagram Fund Services and has over 25 years’ significant experience in fund management and administration.
Sébastien co-led IQ-EQ in France for five years, from 2019 to 2024, having previously founded in 2009 and managed for 10 years Péru & Partners, a firm specialising in support services for investment fund finance departments which as acquired by IQ-EQ in 2019. In this capacity, he has supported more than 45 investment funds and most of first time teams & funds since 2009 on the French market.
Prior to this, Sébastien was Chief Financial Officer of a leading French mid-market investment fund. He began his career in audit at KPMG, Mazars, EY in France and Luxembourg, thus at PwC in USA.
Michael Diehl
Michael is a Financial Manager and Head of Private Equity Strategy. He has extensive experience in this field.
He was co-founder, executive and Financial Manager of Activa Capital from 2001 to 2018, and subsequently served as Senior Advisor until 2021. In this capacity, he was a member of the investment committee and responsible for investor relations.
He also sat on the Supervisory Board of several French portfolio companies held by Activa Capital funds. Since 2018, he has advised on fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and private debt transactions.
Victor Da Silva
Victor is Director of Operations at Wagram Fund Services. He has several years’ experience in financial and regulatory operations, gained in banking and asset management environments.
He began his career at BNP Paribas, where he contributed to the implementation of an accounting system across Europe.
He then joined Quadrille Capital, a French asset management company, first in financial control and subsequently as Vice President Finance, where he led the finance function, managed the financial control teams and implemented operational frameworks tailored to investment funds.
Victor holds a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne
